A few weeks ago... months ago my sister's phone switched off (just went blank, as all Blackberries do), because it's a contract phone we sent it in for Repairs at the Vodacom Bluff Towers Branch, two days later Vodacom gives us a call to says it's not a "Vodacom phone", REALLY, so we had to bring the phone all the way to the JHB head Branch, (already disappointed with the service we received, we still had to cart this phone around). Eventually we take the phone in and 2 weeks later we get a call to say the phone is ready, fine, happy days. The part that shocks me, the battery is the problem, Vodacom returns the phone with a new SCREEN and the same old BATTERY, they tell us WE need to REPLACE the old BATTERY with a NEW BATTERY!! Shocker!! so we basically sitting with a phone that does not work, even though we sent it in for repairs!! Listen, I'm with Cell C (They the best), my phone packed up last year & i took it to the Cell C Bluff Towers branch and 2 weeks later they call to say " hey please come collect your phone" i get there and guess what, they give me a brand new phone!! In the box sealed!! (i was not expecting a brand new phone). Vodacom, I'm so disappointed!!
