Unnecessary Charges via Vodacom

Vodacom was instructed to change debit order via existing account into cash payment or eft or other means but not to use existing bank account due to closure of that chq account. Instruction was not followed so 2 debit orders followed & rejected by bank charging me R138 x 2 = R276.00 leaving that account in debit. Why can't vodacom follow simple instructions & prevent their reputation dropping? DISGUSTING. Their service needs boosting like MTN
