Shoddy service - phone still not fixed!

I was experiencing 2 problems with my phone, one of which was that it loses connection during the day so people are not able to get hold of me but there is no way of knowing this has happened unless I actually make a call. This results in me not being contactable during these times which is a big problem as I have 2 little kids at nursery school. The other problem was related to reading the SD card.

I took the phone into Vodacom Repairs Sandton (also known as Remez Cellular Communuications) on 8 March. Early the next week I was notified that it was fixed so I fetched it but when trying to use the phone I saw that now it was not reading the SD card at all. I took the phone back on 16 March. Again, I was notified that it was fixed and collected it the next week. After a few days, however, it was clear that the losing connection problem was not sorted out. I returned to Vodacom Repairs on 27 March and requested that they replace the phone since after 2 attempts the problems were not resolved. They said they would attempt to fix it again but I am really sceptical as to whether they are actually doing anything.
