I requested that my Residential ADSL line be moved to my new house on 9 December 2013. Although telkom has confirmed that my line will stay on the same exchange and that my number will stay the same, they have not moved the line yet, which should be a simple procedure, and have given vague reasons and timelines for the delay. It is not as if I'm a new customer. On top of this, I am still paying my full bill, although I am receiving no service. Upgrading of the network is not reason enough to keep existing clients hanging.
