My data contract with Nashua mobile expired in December 2013 and was converted to a month to month contract without the contract discount, which is not my problem.
In January 2014 I phoned the contact center (3001324370, 3001622015, R1401141883) to cancel this contract. First they will have to phone me back, then then contract was extended for another year and I will have to pay penalty fees, then the branch told my that the contract termination has been issued for the 31 of Jan 2014.
Well today 1 Feb my data has been cancelled, but once again I have been billed for the data contract!
Can SOMEONE explain to me how they can easily cancel my service BUT FORGET TO CANCEL THE DEBIT ORDER ON MY ACCOUNT.
I have only had shocking service from Nashua Mobile and will not be recommending them to anyone!!!
