I recently moved to a new place.
I logged a call with Telkom about roughly 2 weeks ago
I met a Telkom tech who came to my new place to do the setup
he confirmed that he wasn't able to because of the building having temporary lines installed from the exchange and that he was going to get another department in Telkom to sort out a permanent setup for the main Telkom lines
To Date and Time, I have called Telkom and they have been vague if anything about when the problem is going to get sorted out.
I rely on this adsl line to perform certain job functions
As a result of this delay I have been unable to do these functions from home which is creating a problem for me
I'm very disappointed that a big company like Telkom can have such pathetic service even for a lenient customer like myself.
Come on Telkom... sort our my TELEPHONE AND ADSL line now.
