Telkom Incorrect Billing

On 28 June 2013 I had my Telkom residential line moved to my new residence after logging an online request. The online request stated that the move will be free of charge and I got billed R483, 94 for the line transfer on my latest statement, which is incorrect. I also moved my ADSL line back to Telkom from MWeb to enable the line transfer. I have been on a 1Meg ADSL line and Telkom incorrectly transferred and billed me for a 2meg line - Telkom Faster - from 19 June to 2 July whch is unacceptable. Telkom - your urgent reply and assistance will be appreciated. Regards
