How do I cancel a line with Telkom?

I moved house at the end of November 2012 and requested that my Telkom ADSL line be moved to the new premises. This was done, but ever since I am being billed for 2 Telkom lines! (the old number and the new number). I reported this 3 times already with 3 different reference numbers, and even lodged a dispute (with the promise that someone will contact me in 24 hours). Obviously none of this happened. I continued to pay for the one line, but now my line has been suspended due to the outstanding balance on my account! I find this unacceptable.
