I am so dissapointed in the advice that I received from the Sales attendant at the Centurion Vodashop. I bought a Samsung S4 mini and because my daughter previously bought a S4 and had a cracked screen and had to pay for it because it was not covered because she did not register her phone. We asked all the right questions when I purchased my S4 mini on 06/01/2014. Do I have to register the phone - No Will the screen be repaired for free of charge if something should happen - She even informed me that I don't have to register the phone and that they allow 4 screen repairs during the 24 month contract.

On 13/01/2014 the S4 mini's screen cracked. I took it to Vodaworld on 14/01 and yesterday - they wanted me to pay _ R1954 for the repairs.

Now what now - I am without a phone and Vodacom expects me to pay before I can get my phone - Is this fair - I was miss informed and they should carry the cost.
