S 4 Warranty ADH

Well to put it nicely bought a Samsung S4 Mini under the salesman's guidance and advise because the S4 series comes with the adh warranty well had the phone for 3 weeks wow screen cracked now sorry no warranty on the s4 mini my problem is no were it states that the S4 mini or the zoom is not covered by the adh warranty and got my conformation sms from samsung that im covered for 2 years would love to get my phone back from repairs been in for 32 days already come on ppl. THANX VERY UNHAPPY CLIENT
