Great service!

ADSL and phone line at home went dead on Sunday, I logged onto the Telkom website via my phone, logged a fault online, no problem. Received updates via email and SMS, even had the call center call to update me. Technician scheduled an appointment, quickly diagnosed the problem and problem was solved within half an hour. A really great experience all round, keep up the great work!
