BAD EXPERIENCE. I went to Vodacom Tygervalley branch in Cape Town and was advised to upgrade to the Samsung S4 Mini after I explained that I do at times drop my phone and need one that will be able to 'survive' if it happens. I was assured that it will not be damaged easily. Only 2 weeks to the day after I received this phone, I wanted to show a friend at work a picture on the phone and was about 20 centimeters from the floor, to kneel next to her at her desk, when the phone fell to the carpet and the screen cracked in 3 places! I shared my experience with my friends at work; most of them knew at least one person with a similar experience with the S4 Mini Samsung phone! In my opinion this phone should be discontinued. The price quoted for reparing the screen R1800.00!!!
