Once again back from Nashua Mobile after a call were logged on my 3GB Broadband service - 0838253507
Mark at Bloemfontein Middestad logged the call he assisted to the best of his powers - That I'm very thankful for.
I cannot work with this device as it keeps saying that websites are unavailable - connection errors - I use this service to conduct Business during office hours. It's frustrating!!!
My account is paid in full, this is an uncapped service yet - Nashua mobile says it has zero GB available but also zero GB used.
This amounts to bridge of contract by MTN / Nashua Mobile - I pay my account they have to supply the service - I have also logged several calls with the call centre - then I must phone this number and that number - coverage department - ext.. each person more incompetent than the previous.
Our offices are practically next to MTN's hub in Bloemfontein - Unless I'm sitting under the tower??!!
Fix the problem or cancel my contact that I can go to Vodacom.
