On the 14th Feb 2013 i logged a coverage query (#6239777) and was advised it was logged for investigation and should receive feed back in 10working day ref #0050962.after not receiving any sort of feed back i again e-mailed on the 12th April 2013 Thembi Hlongwane replied asking for the reference number mentioned above which i then provided her with. and then received an e-mail from Reuben Mashele stating that communication has been sent to the coordinator to give feedback. to date i have not heard anything from MTN yet every month i am paying for a service i cannot use in the comfort of my own home. i feel this is very unfair as i am paying two contracts with them and i get little to no data coverage at my house and it clearly seems like they are not even willing to assist me with this problem
