My S3 Galaxy gave an error - "not registered on network " on the Thursday the 25th of July. I visited the Nashua Mobile store @ The Glen @ 18h00 . A gentleman helped me to do a sim swap- He cut the sim from a yellow card saying that's it takes 48hrs for new sim to be active.
I contacted Nashua mobile customer services on Friday and Saturday enquiring if sim has been registered - on both occasions I was told the sim swap was successful.
Since the 25th of July I'm still not registered on the network. I went back to the shop on the 30th July @ 18h00, Mirriam assisted me. She informed me that the 1st gentleman never completed the sim transaction successfully. Mirriam confirmed after about 15min that the transaction was now completed and that the sim will be working in the next 20-30 min.
To date the sim is still not working. I spoke to Kobus at Nashua Mobile customer services who informed me that the sim might be damage. I've been off line since the 25th of July. I phoned Nashua Mobile today, Mirriam is on leave - I was told there is still an error on sim - The lady will contact Nashua for them to check the network and will phone me back in 3 hrs.
