Poor service quality from CellC

I reported poor reception in the area in which I live to CellC directly assuming that, because it was network related they would be responsible. After three weeks and three phone calls later, I was told that they cant help me because the number is from Nashua Mobile! Why couldn't they have told me this on the first call? After logging the call with Nashua Mobile I was asked to fax the form to CellC (Didnt I just do that?). I received an automatic reply saying that the call will be logged and I will receive a trouble ticket number. To date I have not received an reference number.
I tried calling today to see the status of my call and CellC have no record of me having logged a call! This despite me having a response from them!
I am at a loss at what to do. All numbers go though to a call centre and they follow the same procedure: fill out a form, we'll get back to you and then nothing!

What is the point of cheap call rates when you can't even make or hear a call?
