It would be good to review the history thus far:
16th January the car was assessed.
25th & 30th January I made two visits to Hyundai Amanzimtoti (Vikesh) still no authorization
31st January -8 Feb I was overseas
11th February another visit to Hyundai and Vikesh sends an email to J.Coetzee... no reply to my query
14th February I contacted Sibu Hyundai SA
18th February contacted Hyundai SA Sibu not available but assured you would return my call... you didn't!
20th February contacted Hyundsai SA spoke with Jessica and sent email... no reply
22nd another email to Jessica requesting action... no reply
22-02 Mar I was overseas
04th March another email requesting information... no reply
06th March I again spoke with Jessica and later Sibu.
Overseas till 19th March sent complaint to Hyundai worldwide
