Bad service by MTN

After moving to a townhouse complex, I found that I have no coverage. The contract has 3 numbers. So my cellphone, my 3G card and a tablet sim.
After speaking to a consultant at MTN, I was given a number to call 0839001212, the call centre that investigates and resolves coverage problems. I logged a call and was given a reference number 0060716.
Lucky is the coordinator for our area. I logged a call on the 21 January 2014 and was told I will be contacted by Lucky who will setup an appointment to meet at our unit. To date Lucky has not contacted me. I have called the call centre 6 times already and each time the call centre agent advised that they were sending an email to Lucky immediately and that he would call me back. Lucky just never calls back.
It is now the 6 Feb 2014 and Lucky has still not called. This is unacceptable service and regret migrating to MTN. JUST REAL BAD SERVICE.
