I have taken my Blackberry in for a software upgrade/ repairs on the 30th Dec 2014 already and still do not have it back as yet. I spend time on numerous calls everyday trying to find out what is going on.
If I dont call then they dont bother to call me. The manage couldn't care less also. I was told they waiting for an answer from Blackberry last week already and still nothing has progressed from this.
Is this how Vodacom's staff all operate with clients???
This phone is my mobile office and if I dont have my info and emails I loose out on work, will Vodacom compensate me for this No! but i do want my phone back!
