Last year I upgraded to a Blackberry Torch within the first month the phone went in for repairs twice. they had to do a software upgrade and for that reason it had to go to jhb. my phone is just over a year old and it had to go in for repairs again. I went without it for 15 days. the scroll button does not want to work properly and it locks itself. the shortcut button also does not want to work. They dont want to help me with a earlier upgrade and i cant go with out a phone again. i pay my account every month without any problems but they don't help u when u have a problem
