I have Vodacom contract phone, it has been taken for repairs twice for the same problem. This phone is 8months old, i am told the their are waiting for parts at the repairs and its has taken 5 days at repairs already. I do not have a loan phone so my life and work is disrupted. Vodacom tells that they can only replace it if it has been booked 3 or 4 times for the same thing, i mean really. Is this phone not faulty, what happens to me as my work is disrubted and i must just wait. Is this how vodacom operate.
