All week I have been having problems with my Blackberry just cutting off calls in the middle of the conversation and when you try to call the person back, it just says: "call failed". I use this call for work and it is very embarrassing!!!
This has only been going on this week - so I am not sure if it is a Blackberry or a Vodacom problem? Seeing that Blackberry doesn't answer complaints/compliments on hellopeter, I am asking Vodacom: What is the problem? Please try not to just blame this problem on Blackberry, but actually try to give a constructive, understandable answer. Thanks
