My query for the following ref number 3036486 and 3057626 is still pending. I don't understand why MTN want the bank statement because this was a cash deposit, and how they say that it is an incorrect bank statement when it has the bank stamp. I even went to MTN Greenstone to try and sort this out, spoke to the guy buy the name of Brian who claimed he will assist me but every time i go there to follow up nothing has been done with my query. i even gave him all documentation, tried to contact him he is never available, emailed him on the following address [Email Removed] but he has never responded. This kind of attitude really shows that MTN does not care about their customer the head office and greenstone branch has failed to help me.
