Online banking at FNB - TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!

I logged a query for my online banking with FNB on the 14th August 2013. We are having a problem getting onto the website and the online banking team at FNB don't seem to know what is going on. I have fought with the branch at Greenstone concerning this and Naresha Basedo has responded by telling me its not her problem and she cannot assist me with any internet problem. I do understand this however Naresha is our contact and person in charge of the account? I logged a claim with on line banking and I have responded with a follow-up email on 16/08/2013. Today is the 19th and have NO RESPONSE from Naresha nor the online banking team regarding my problem.
I am disgusted and so disappointed in this service we have received.
I have sent TWO emails to Naresha this morning concerning this and I have had NO RESPONSE, not even an email back. I have however received a 'read receipt'. So Naresha has received and read my mails?
What is happening with this bank. They used to be so on the ball and on top of things.

Think STEVE bank is looking more favourable at this point. SIS FNB!!!
