On the 25th January 2014 as we all know std bank was offline without notifying their customers, making shopping a hustle, leaving us no optio but to use other atm, so i opted for ABSA and tried to withdraw R1000, It told me there was an error in my transaction however still deducted the amount, the next day 26th i went to Greenstone std bank to make a claim and a lady by the Name Thembi gave me a ref number 7000778074 with a feedback time of 11/02/14 luckily i phoned the call centre to follow up and this time spoke to Mpumelelo who informed me that the 1st query was logged on an incorrect system. now i had to explain all over again and was given a new ref number 56958065 and was told i'll received feedback within 4 day, i'm goind on a 5th day now and still havent heard nothing, can i have what belongs to me please, the fault was yours, i need my money urgently
