I have applied for a pre approved loan from Sabelo Mhlongwe at the lifestyle fnb services department the loan
has been pre approved. On Saturday the 27th of July I sent through all my required documents to Sabelo from the Fnb Branch in Greenstone Mall where Sabelo confirmed all was in order. Later that day I received a message saying that I still need to send through a certified copy of id and bank statements. So on Monday the 29th July I got a hold of Sabelo where he put me through to a loans department consultant to query what is the problem she said my id wasn't certified I certified my id with the branch manager at fnb greenstone and he failed to put the date on their. My 3 months bank statement she said wasn't 3 months the stamp on my 3 months bank statement clearly states it was printed on the 26th of July and then when I told her that the call got cut. Finaly after sending through all my papers again I received an sms saying I need to send my latest payslip this was not an issue on the Saturday of the 27th when I did send that through aswell. Mary is accepting my paperwork im still awaiting a response on my preapproved loan.
