Nashua Mobile
Upgrade was processed 4someone without my concern

On the 30th of December I received an SMS that says " your upgrade has been successfully processed"
The guy called Siboniseni Allen Mkhwanazi processed the upgrade on my name for somebody else without my concern.
Now Nashua mobile is debiting my account for the phone I don't have. Is terribly painful.

I call Nashua mobile everyday to follow up, but no proper responds or progress. It has been a month now.

Please help.
