FAILURE TO SUPPLY WITH STATEMENT ON REQUEST

On the 13th November 2013 I contacted Fnb Enquiries per email [Email Removed] and requested a statement from my account number 58860020198 branch code 255005 and reference 4493253009684375.
The Fnb Enquiries responded on the 14th November 2013 as per reference SD1832142. The Service Consultant Che Mikhail Huskins informed me to call the enquiries in order to identify myself and answer security questions.
On the 21st November 2013 I called the Fnb Enquiries and answered the security questions.
The consultant concerned then referred me to the nearest Fnb branch with my identity document and proof of residential address in order to get the account statement and a bank card.
I went to The Fnb branch at Bloed Street Mall, Pretoria Cbd on the 29th November 2013 and a consultant namely Sentleeng Mochwasa attended to my query. I was then referred to Fnb Head Office as
the abovementioned consultant could not assist me with my query.
I request an escalation to the relevant manager who will be able to furnish me with the account statement as initially requested.
