I have been to the bank with regards to my interest calculated on my statement which is completely different from what I calculate. I would just like to sit with someone and go through the statement to see if the calculations is correct.
Firstly the branch just gave me a phone and called an support lady which was of no help because she didn't understand my query and she logged an call for someone to look into this matter and phone me back to help me with this request. to today I have not gotten an call and I don't know where to go because the branch cant help me.
