I changed to an UNCAPPED ADSL package with MWEB beginning January 2014. On 24/1/2014 I found that my internet was getting slow. Monday 27/1 I spoke to someone at the call center and he told me that I was CAPPED!!
Now, how can you can cap an Uncapped line? Is this a "lie" you are selling to clients just to get sales?
This morning I was told about a 12mnth contract that I cant remember anything about.
I just want to leave this useless lying company and move on with my life.
