On the 27/06/2013 I withdrew money from the greenstone ATM and it gave me an error that it was out of order and that I must go to another machine, the other machine reported that the voucher has already been used. I then went inside the bank and I was told the query can only be attended to after 24hrs since the status of the money wasn't showing. I was further told I can go to any branch for this query.

On the 28/06/2013 I went to Karaglen branch and was assisted by Thembi who gave me a query ref number and a Gijima ref number and advised that I will receive a new voucher in 24-48 hrs. I waited until yesterday (01/07/2013) when I had to call and spoke to Irene who told me I will not be getting any voucher because the problem is with the ATM and not with them

I called Greenstone again on the 02/07/2013 and spoke to Cheryl/Sharon who told me they cannot assist me with this as it is an ATM matter not theirs, she further advised me that I need to AGAIN go into the branch and log in another query with the ATM people.

On several occasions I tried to get hold of the branch manager (Q) who was not available at anytime and finally spoke to Lindsay who listen to the whole story, too
