Green Stone branch stamp on statement

I moved to FNB from STD bank a year ago and I had a great service with them. I even got my home loan from FNB with good interest rate. I was shocked to see a debt order from my cheque acc from MTN. I contacted MTN and i was shocked to find out that a was committed using my records including my acc with FNB. I went to MTN and requested documents they used to open the account and I was shocked to see that the bank statement was tempered with and it had Green Stone FNB stamp on it.

My concern at the moment is, is my money safe with FNB because from what I saw it's very easy to forge their statement. Did a stop order with them and they charged me R60 but the following month debit went through from MTN of R1428.
