POOR SERVICE DELIVERY

I called 0821959 upgrades dept and was dealt with by an African lady who clearly needs lessons in Telephone Etiquette (Shame on you VODACOM for having such POORLY trained and clearly poorly paid cheap labour dealing with your customers) who after 5 mins of time wasting told me she does NOT deal with my type of query - Last week I did an upgrade ONLINE and opted for an Ipad Mini - and was told online the product would be delivered within 24-48 hours. She then informed me I need to go to a Vodacom store who will assist me - SO WHY THEN VODACOM do you offer UPGRADES ONLINE?? I was then RUDELY put on hold whilst still speaking to her and a Consulant Denzil Martin then answers my call - ( I REPEAT - SHAME ON YOU VODACOM - your Consultants are POORLY lacking in telephone etiquette) - while requesting the same from him, I hear him having another conversation and clearly not interested in my problem.. He promptly informs me VODACOM systems are down and there is nothing he can do to assist! I ask that he calls me back and he simply says he will TRY as they are an Inbound call centre!! wake up VODACOM your service!
