Breaching Contracts and Call Costs

I upgraded my old contract January 2012. Due for an upgrade but Call Centre sys that it is only June 2014.
Again a bitter taste left by unqualified, rude, ill trained staff at Virgin.

Don't start on call rates either. I will change cell companies this time.
