I called the Vodacom upgrade number 0821959. it has so many options and useless information you need to listen to, that it takes ages to get to your selection. In-between it cut me off 5 times! I had to call back every time, hanging on for ages because it has high call volumes! Employ more people!!! YOUR CALL RATES ARE THE HIGHEST IN THE WORLD!!!
