I HAVE 4 VODACOM TELEPHONE NUMBERS WHICH WERE ALL UPGRADED - 3 MONTHS AGO TO NEW HANDSETS OVER THE INTERNET AND THEN TELEPHONE AS I NEEDED MORE INFO ON HANDSETS AND CHARGES .1) IASKED SPECIFICALLY WHAT THE HANDSETS WOULD COST WITH ONCE OFF PAYMENT IN RESPECT TO THE CONTRACT IN QUESTION .I AGREED TO THE PRICES STIPULATED AND SAID DO ALL FOUR CONTRACTS WITH SPECIFIC PHONES .5 MINUTES AFTER CONVERSATION AND EXCEPTING QUOTES, I PHONED BACK, GOT THE VERY SAME PERSON I DEALT WITH (SHARON FROM VODACOM ONLINE) AND CHANGED ONE PHONE TO A S4 MINI FROM NOKIA 820 .I WAS TOLD THIS WOULD BE DONE NO PROBLEM .34 TELEPHONE CALLS LATER OVER THE NEXT TWO MONTHS, TWO VISITS TO VODACOM AND VISIT TO HEAD OFFICE VODACOM NELSPRUIT AS WELL AS SPEAKING TO SUPERVISORS 3 OF, STILL NOTHING.THE BILLING TURNS OUT TO BE MY MONTHLY CHARGE NOT A LUMP SUM SO I END UP PAYING THOUSANDS OF RANDS EXTRA PLUS PHONE I HAVE NOT ORDERED.
I WILL NEVER EVER DEAL WITH VODACOM AGAIN AND WHEN MY 4 CONTRACTS ARE UP THEY WILL NEVER SEE MY MONEY AGAIN .WHEN REQUESTING A SUPERVISOR ON 9 OCCASIONS THE PHONE IS PUT DOWN IN MY EAR .WHEN I REQUEST THE PERSONS NAME, THEY PUT THE PHONE DOWN OR LEAVE YOU HANGING .ONCE FOR 33 MINUTE
