On the 22nd October 2013 I did upgraded through vodacom online. Phone was delivered. Package was supposed to be changed as from the 1st November 2013, nothing was done. I phoned on the 1st November 2013 to enquire why it was not done. I was told (after speaking to 8 different people) that there was a lot of problems with their online upgrades and that it happened to a lot of customers. They where suppose to put a credit through on my account as well as load free minutes to correct the mistake on their side. It is already the end of November, and still nothing have been done and I still sit with a bill that I am not suppose to have. I cannot believe the bad service I'm receiving from Vodacom. This has to be resolved as it is not my fault that somebody didn't do their work. Nobody even phones me back when they say they will.
