Efund not processed since november 2013

I was email by Adnaan van heerden on the 23/01/14 @16:09pm who stated that my refund was processed on the 09/01/14 @ 14:18:10 batch reference 17083 and this will take 7 to 14 working days today is the 14 working day and still nothing now i'm on hold for 10 min thus far waiting for tsophng to find out what the is happening he say that it still hasnt been processed like what the really vodacom is honestly totally messed up they need to employ people that are competent not.
