Vodacom hasnt switched my price plan for 3 months

Applied to change contract package to Red Advantage in October 2013. Was told it will be effective 1 November 2013. A consultant from Vodacom called to confirm it will be processed to Red Advantage on 1 November 2013. 3rd December 2013 I realised I was still on the business package whih meant I paid R1000 more than I should have. Phoned and there were issues with getting through. For December Vodacom debited R2027 instead of R999 red advantage again. I phoned Thandi on 3 Jan 2013 and she says they can only chnge it on 1 February 2014. I am not paying another R1000 more than I should as I requested the package to be changed in October 2013 already. Vodacom must refund R1000 November, december fee and switch product immediately and recalculate the exhobitant R1300 they have charged me already for January 2014. Reference for 3 Jan 2014 call 324331641. I dont want to wait for the magic switch of february only to findout on the 3rd it hasnt been done and I have to wait another 30 days. Vodacom must change its attitude.
