Efund still not processed

On the 18th of January I requested a refund via email after trying for several days to get through to the finance department. a Lady in salaries who I called purely from dialling all numbers after 012 429 forwarded my email to '[email protected]'. on the 23rd of Jan i got a response from Chettiar, Reynold to say I would get my refund in 14 - 21 days. On the 13th of Feb (3 weeks later) I went to Unisa and was advised that the refund had been processed that day and that it would be in my account the next day. Yesterday the 19 of Feb Chettiar, Reynold advised that I would have the cheque deposited today in the morning and that has not been done. Its been over a month and I still do not have my refund. I would like to know what Unisa still needs from me for them to give me my money back or where the hold up is. the refund is for over R4k and its very unfair that it has taken this long for Unisa to simply refund me the money or deposit the cheque.
