After the product was picked up in November. My husband called in to query about the refund as I was getting no joy. He was advised that once the product was recieved and logged into the system the refund will be processed. After numberous calls as the refund was not done, he was advised that on the 8th of Jan a refund will be processed and should take 7-14 working days. It has been 22 working days and no feund has been processed. Masebati Ndwako advised my husband that she approved the refund last friday and the monies would be in my account by today of which nothing has been done. My husband spoke another team leader named Tumi Mafike who advised that Masebathi has not send the refund through for approval. I am utterly disgusted in the services recieved from Vodacom, first I get a damaged product and was still charged for it even though I had requested a cancellation within the stipulated time. I have been spoken to very rudely and empty promises have been made to my husband as well. This is the reason why we use MTN. I will not speak any good about your servcies to anyone because as far as i am concerned you are now a bunch of hoping that i forget and leave it.
