Still no response - Change of Banking Details

URGENT BANKING DETAILS TO BE CHANGED - Waiting period: 7 days and counting!

I have logged 2 calls with Vodacom and phoned in Yesterday (21.10.2013) for my banking details to be changed ASAP to FNB as per paperwork emailed, as my salary will be paid on the 25th and there will be no funds in the current STD account for Vodacom to receive the monthly debit order, can my request be processed as this is not acceptable. Why must i follow up days on end to get a simple request processed?! This is not service this is an inconvenience to me.
