I still have not received my refund, below you say the refund process can take 7 working days yet the refund was processed on 3rd May, that is 15 working days and still no refund?
I have been waiting 42 working days now for this refund since I was told it would be processed, pls advise when the money will reflect, your answer of "We cannot confirm nor give guarantee about the exact date." is not acceptable to me

The refund has been escalated for approval and once approved our financial department will take over and deposit it.
The refund process normally take up to 7-working days so can only conclude that you can expect it within 7-working days.
