I have simply had enough with Budget Insurance. I cancelled my policy before the end of the month of June. my cancellation was only processed later after you had done your debits. I was then told to send in my statements so that my refund is processed early. to my surprise we are approaching the end of the month and still my refund has not yet been processed. I have been told 3 working days, then 7 working days. this treatment is appalling and I do not like the way budget is handling this matter. STOP PASSING THE BUCK!!
