I purchased a groupon voucher early in November 2013. The next day I canceled and requested a refund. I have phoned in over 10 times the past 2months and everytime the person on the other end says the refund was not processed correctly they will have to redo it and everytime this happens it take 5 - 10 working days. I phoned again today to follow up on a email i received on 11 Dec stating it will be available in my account withing in 3-5 working days. Once again it was not processed correctly and will again take 5-7 working days. This is ridiculous and i will NEVER use Groupon again.
