Poor customer service, no meet and greet

On Sunday morning, 26/01/2013 (A month end pay day weekend) at approximately 09:40am.
Myself, my wife and our 10 month old baby went to the 4U Vodacom store in the Pavillion shopping centre.
When we walked into the store, we were completely ignored, the two guys that were on duty (Graison and Brandon) completely failed to even aknowledge us standing there.
I then proceded to stand and wait for some assistance and told my wife to take the baby for a walk as he was starting to get niggly inside his pram.
When my wife returned, i was still standing there looking at Graison and Brandon who had still failed to even aknowledge me.
It must be noted that both the guys did have a customer that they were attending to but does this mean that all other customers should be completely ignored and made to wait 5, 10, 15 or even 20 minutes. The period of time waiting is irrelevent though. Surely Vodacom staff should be trained to meet and greet and then asess the nature of the customers query.
The two guys should have said "Good morning, sorry that you are waiting but we will attend to you shortly" But there was nothing at all.
Very very poor service.
