I booked in my phone on the 24th of December 2013 for repairs, I still haven't received the phone back from Vodacom repair center.
I received an sms on the 28th of January 2014 that the phone has been repaired at the Sandton repair center, and till date it hasn't been delivered to Vodacom outlet because the Courier company hasn't picked up the phone for delivery! How is that my problem? And does it take a week to deliver the phone within the same city??? What happened to the 2 week turnaround time on repairs??
And to top this of, I am being billed for a handset that has a factory fault and has taken over a month to repair!!
