MY AIRTIME AND CHANGE MY CONTRACT!

THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I AM LETTING THE PUBLIC KNOW HOW VODACOM IS A BUNCH OF LIARS, AND TWO FACED COMPANY. FIRST THEY DON"T COME BACK TO YOU IN CONNECTION A HELLO PETER (REFER TO MY PREVIOUS COMPLAINT) I GET ASKED IF THEIR SERVICE WAS GOOD?? THEY HAVENT EVEN CONTACTED ME TO RESOLVE MY PROBLEMS. MY WIFE WAS ON LINE ON MY 2 GIG CONTRACT (AN OPEN TWO GIG WITH NO CAP), NOW IT HAS CHANGED TO A TOP UP CONTRACT, I DIDN'T SIGN FOR THAT AND I HAVE THE CONTRACT FOR 6 YEARS?? I CALLED 111, THE LADY HELPS ME WITH NO PROBLEM AS THE CONTRACT IS ON MY WIFES NAME, SHE SEES I HAVE POA AND HELPS ME AS FAR AS SHE CAN. SHE STATED THAT ONLY THE ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT CAN SAY WHY THEY CHANGED IF AFTER MY ACCOUNT WAS REACTIVATED. I SPEAK TO A LADY BY THE NAME OF YVONNE WHO SAYS SHE HAS TO CHECK MY POA, I SAID FINE. SHE TELLS ME THERE ISNT ANY AND SHE MUST VERIFY WITH MY WIFE,? WE DID THAT WITH THE PREVIOUS LADY, HOW CAN ONE SEE IT AND NOT THE NEXT?? BY THIS TIME I HAVE BLOWN MY LID AND I ASK FOR THE HEAD OFFICE NUMBER AS I WANT MANAGMENT TO SORT THIS OUT NOW AND GUESS WHAT THEY DONT HAVE IT? DONT HAVE HEAD OFFICE NUMBER FOR COMPLAINT?? I WAS TOLD TO PHONE 111 BET I DONT GET RESPONSE
