I have been waiting over a month for a new telephone line. I have requested a line in December, and after many phone calls for a status update, last week a technician eventually came to do the installation. He said that the underground cable is damaged and that it usually takes about 1 or 2 days to do the fix. Its been a week and a couple of calls to the call center and still no one can tell me what is happening. Why does it take so long just to get a basic telephone line?!

I am utterly disgusted at the level of service delivery and am disappointed that there is no alternative because I would have switched if there was.
