Good day, I have a problem with vodacom where i have taken out a contract on 16/02/2013 which was a Ipad, i told the service consultant i am buying it for my wife and would like to return it if she is not happy, I was not told that if i sign the contract that i would be a problem to return it. I took it back to the store on the 18/02/2013 and was told that the 7 day return policy is not valid. On the 19/02/2013 i locked a complaint at the Vodacom customer service and the said the store has to sort it out, the store manager Michele phoned me and advised that she will find out from technical it it is possible and that she will swap the Ipad for the Samsing 10.1, i was not phoned back untill my wife phone on the 22/02/2013 and the manager Michele said she will phone back but also told my wife that the policy state 7 days and when my wife said that we returned on the 2nd she said she will phone back again. She phoned my back and is now saying that i cannot return it and that i cannot cancel it either, so do we as consumer dont have rights and this is a 2 year contract and i feel they can make and effort and change the device that is all we want.
